In the 'Anchors from the Harbour quest when you need to go to Dourstone Isle, the ghost (previous Fighters Guild Leader) that is meant to appear, usually does not and requires you to leave the quest zone and re-enter it in order for him to appear where he should.

Ranique✭✭✭✭I have done this quest in DC now 3-4 times and this never happened to me. It might have to do with from what side you approach the island, so perhaps explain that so its easier for ZoS to reproduce it. I normally come from Noellaume Estate and don't have issues.Through me you pass into the city of woe:

All you do is swim back to the island with the arch on it and back and normally he reappears,
It usually happens when i swim directly from where you get the quest to go to Dourstone.
Think your approach angle is wrong for the AI to pick you up.. lolPC EU Megaserver
