What is the earliest one can be advised to go through the vampire quest?
By what level is it even possible?

With champion system it's now possible to do it at level 3, but it's a chore (the quest doesn't scale with your level) and it isn't worth it. Leveling vampire requires a flat amount of XP, so you'll level up in the tree only slightly faster than if you do it at level 20-30.

I completed the vamp quest on my NB at level 16. It is doable.
However I discovered that getting vamp at such a "young" level turned out to be pointless. You just cannot gain any significant experience in the line until you get into late 20s. So you get to live with all the vamp penalties while not really gaining any benefit from the still unlocked skills.

I would say going vamp at such low level is really more for RP reasons.

I've done the vamp quest at level 3 on my nightblade, and level 4 on my sorceror. As others have said, it's difficult but doable: Also utterly pointless. The amount of experience you'll need just to get to level 2 as a vampire is the equivalent of five or six levels at least. And it only gets worse from there. I only did it because I wanted both of them to be vampires.

Werewolf quest DOES scale to your level. I did that on one character and the mobs were all level 7. (OBviously the ones Zeni wants people to be instead)

Also, you can level werewolf from 1-10 in under an hour, easily, especially once you get Devour. Find a nice little dungeon (I used Wansalen), and just run all over, kill everything, and devour whenever you can. You'll be a level 10 master werewolf in no time. I think it took me all of 45 minutes.

Not to mention the fact that the MAIN benefit of being a werewolf, the +15% stamina regeneration, is unlocked immediately from being a werewolf and doesn't even require any points at all, unlike the vampire +10% to magicka and stamina regen.

    Good luck!

I believe the vamp/ww quests now scale to your level, so any.

I have seen videos with people doing the vampire quest at level 8, but not sure everyone has the talent/patience for it.

I really want to make my character a vampire, and she's level 25 atm. But I'm not sure if I can take on the quest just yet...

I'm pretty sure it doesn't. The quest is lvl 38+ last I checked, which was a couple of weeks ago.

You will face level 38 foes for the Vampire mission.... I just finished it on my Level 8 sorcerer... Took about an hour to do.

I heard someone did it at level 3 so I tried at level 5 but then decided to postpone till lv 8

I know for sure the werewolf quest scales to level. I did it at level 12, the mobs inside were level 12. I also know this was not the case half a year ago, the mobs were level 40+ for my lowbie, but ZOS changed it in meantime. I assumed the vamp quest was changed in the same way, but i did not try it lately.

The quest don't donwscale so it is level 38, but because you face basic enemies one by one it's easy, even at level 10.

I completed WW at level 4 with the snake boss and no champ points. Kept kiting it around the rock. The mobs were down-scaled to level 12 though.

That being said and knowing the vamp quest, you could do it at level 4. Just use the enviroment and game mechanics to your help.

The point is that taking vampirism at 15 lev I've got dark stalker and dev swarm morph at ~42-43 lev and now can use it in non vet PvP camp.

OK, I know that's just a typo, and an easy one to make at that (seeing as the C and V are right beside each other on a keyboard), but now I'm just picturing you going around Tamriel acting very camp...

That's weird, I did this quest at level 20 and got level 10 vampire slightly before hitting level 40 on my khajiit NB (both of it happened yesterday, during PvP). And for me Bat Swarm is only level 3, but I suppose it's because I underestimated its power and didn't put it on when I got it. Many things in ESO are pretty cryptic and the mechanism for getting skill exp might have some more rules. Maybe it's because I didn't have ESO+, maybe something else.

And I agree with you that staying in low level PvP with a fully developed vampire (especially Dark Stalker passive) is amazing. ^^
