Has anyone done any testing or have any idea which enchantment is more efficient for sustain: cost reduction vs. regen increase?

I am inclined to cost reduction, don't really know.

Regen I find to be more all purpose, while reduction I find more useful for something like bringing down a specific thing like roll dodge.
