Sanctuary Set - Bugged / No longer providing buff

Hey everyone.

Wanted to hear if it was just my experience.
Or are other Sanctuary Set users experience a lack of 12% Healing Buff.

This buff should apply to all members within 10m.

I've tested it with guildies. And it doesn't appear to be buffing their heals.
Has anyone else experienced this...

    Isn't this set providing a 12% bonus healing given by the wearer ?
    I'll ask to my guildmate who use it if it's work for him.

    I know it worked in 1.5. Havent tested it in 1.6.

    The set should appliy buff to EVERYONE in a 10m range. If it doesnt then its buggy

    exactly...and i've noticed, that its no longer providing buff.


    If anyone else has the set, would you test ...Just want to confirm.
    Also, maybe the affected members, must be grouped??

    My guildmate just tested it, and the set seem to work well for both him and the other people next to him when they are grouped. The range was bugged (no range) some patch ago, now the 10m range is very tiny.
    Note that they were in group, I'll try to test without grouping tomorrow.

    regarding the testing.

    did the group members character screen (press c).
    under buffs show sanctuary...

    I remember previously it did.
    but now it only shows for the set holder.

    Additionally, we did two tests today (with guildies)
    for non-grouped members, didn't show ANY change.

    hmm...

    appreciate the effort.and support.
