Fix Weapon Swap Effects - v1.03
(This is my first addon for ESO, though I have done extensive modding for the Elder Scrolls as Phinix.)
Credit to Udalrich for discovering that toggling show helm forces a refresh of your character's appearance data!
It was driving me crazy that swapping from one weapon type to another with spell effects like Evil Hunter or Siphoning Attacks active would cause the effect to get "stuck" in the position of the previous weapon. This simple addon corrects this by calling a refresh on your character's visual appearance when you swap weapons.

Ace_SiN✭✭✭✭I was glad this visual bug was finally fixed, but as a PvPer I can't use it. This addon creates a slight delay after swapping weapons that forces you to drop your block for about 1 second. In that time frame I've been hit with incoming wrecking blows and I never knew why until I turned this addon off.
When this addon no longer affects me negatively in combat I'll give it another shot. I really do hate the buggy weapon swap effects.

Fixed in latest version.
The addon now completely ignores weapon swaps when you are blocking. I also sped up execution by addon an event spam catcher to the code, since the EVENT_ACTIVE_WEAPON_PAIR_CHANGED event actually fires three times per weapon swap.
