DW SKill Blood Craze Not healing. (Twin Slashes Morph)

Blood Craze (Twin Slashes Morph) is not healing like the tooltip says.

Tool tip says it does a heal every 2 seconds (like Rally) but the heal doesn't actually proc.

Tested this last night on about 20 mobs. Not a single heal procced from Blood Craze.

    If you're hitting a player with a damage shield up, the blood effect will be immediately canceled, resulting in the heal over time part of that ability to be canceled too. This is sad, I know.

    Also getting this on NPCs. Heal doesn't seem to be proccing at all. Tested on Ranks I and II.

    Anyone have Rank IV that can test on NPC to see if initial + HOT is proccing?

    Rank 4 tested on a daetroth (those big alligator demons), works fine.

    Ummm... yes. Good call.

    So I'm assuming the heal only procs with the bleed?
