Another BE Thread

Balance BE
give it a 1 second hard cooldown after every 2 BEs
OR
give it a .25 second cooldown after each one
OR
make it scale to applied snares i.e. 60% snare should reduce distance teleported by 60%
OR
make it susceptible to roots, forcing sorcs to burn some stamina

I have literally(back when I PvPeD) crit charged sorcs into the sky, killing them in mid air, when they used BE.

it was glorious... I really wish I could have recorded them, as it happened quite a bit.

BE isn't unbalanced, the combination of being able to use it two or three times to drop combat, then recharge magicka via dark exchange, then rinse and repeat is unbalanced. But I can do the same thing with Mist Form, just not as fast, so eh.

Yes but even while you're in mist form you can be stopped with a root. And two or three times, you're joking right? Try 15 times.
