Confusing NB Bug

When I use fear, people are only falling off the map about 1/3 of the time, is there any reason why they aren't falling off all the time? Like I was chasing this sorc and I couldn't fear him out of the map and he just got away from me. How do I fix my fear so they go through the ground all the time??

Either you're trolling or you're using the wrong words in some instances. :P

Haven't seen anyone falling through the map just due to fearing me and running away.

Any special locations, like next to cliffs, rocks, etc.?

On hills it works almost all the time but on level fields it doesn't work properly and they just move away from me rather than fall through the ground. Is there something wrong with the skill, shouldn't they always fall through the ground?

I too would like and answer to this question. Fear is strong but should be stronger as only 1/3 of ppl are committing suicide by jumping off the map.
