Do you have proof or an official source for any of this? Did you also see a "clutch of butterflies" while you were writing this post?

5 medium is a full set, though (a bit counter-intuitive)

If you put all your gear and CP into Health Im sure you want all that health but to make a sacrifice and not get it is a waste

In 1.5 you had soft caps so if you had a soft cap of 1000 and you tried to add more then that you would only get half so you would need to 20 to get 10 having a crit chance of 60 and only criting 30% is the same thing
The soft caps were removed cause you had either waste half your point in something or being a few things to soft cap the thingost people did

FTC does not show the correct crit rate for Wrecking blow. Try to use Recount or Combat Analytics and you will see that you will get the correct crit rate.
