Rally and bow passive question

So, Im a dps templar, and I use rally at 2h, but I ve notice that if I use rally, and then change to bow, I have the 20% more weapon damage and the critical increased passive of the bow, at mobs is better 2h because it gives some stamine regen, but at bosses and 1vs1 pvp shouldnt it be better to change to bow for biting jabs, because you get10% more critic?

Not necessarily, because the base damage if two hander us greater than a bow. Significantly.
