Sorcerers have a number of abilities that support stamina builds indirectly, such as their Lightning Form, Surge, and Dark Deal. However, stamina sorcerers would really benefit from having more class abilities that actually scale off of stamina. Most of these don't need any changes beyond the resource.

Summon Clanfear Sorcerers most distinctive class feature is their summoned pets, so their pets should have stamina morphs. Especially since their pet buffs (Daedric Prey and Empowered Ward) wouldn't need a stamina morph.

Boundless Storm It isn't terribly often that sorcerers need to move fast, as a magicka build. You're already at range, so you rarely have to move far to escape the red circles. Plus, as a ranged dps, you can continue attacking while you move. A melee combatant, however, is losing dps when they have to move. A speed buff suites them perfectly. So it makes sense for Boundless Storm to scale off of stamina!

Critical Surge Surge is already of most value to stamina sorcerers, since it buffs weapon damage. While both magicka and stamina sorcerers need health recovery, the other morph of Surge (Power Surge) buffs spell damage. Stamina Sorcerers rely on weapon abilities for damage, and so have no reason to take Power Surge. Thus, Critical Surge should be a stamina morph.

Streak If the daedric pets are the most distinctive feature of sorcerers, Bolt Escape is a close second. Bolt Escape's other morph, Ball of Lightning absorbs projectiles. Usually melee aren't being hit by projectiles, except during solo play. Thus, it makes more sense for Streak to be a stamina morph.

As someone who's leveling a Sorcerer Tank and 2h user, I'm a little disappointed that there weren't more stamina morphs in 1.6. Even so, stamina sorcerers have a lot of potential. They're already viable, if not quite as strong as their magicka counterparts, and they're a lot of fun. We just need a few more class abilities to give us versatility, and stamina sorcerers will be giving magicka sorcerers and nightblades a run for their money!
