My breton in full plate now stealth better than my bosmer in medium armor

In 2.04 they broke stealth again like they did back in 1.4 so that the bosmer racial stealth bonus now counts reverse. The result has been for me that my bretton in full plate armor now can stealth past mobs my bosmer in full medium cannot.
It is the same bug you put in there before, so I guess the fix is the same.

✭I did, just wondered if anyone else had noticed this?
It is rather annoying that my v14 bosmer with the best possible stealth atm cannot pass within 8 yards of lvl 27 mobs without being unstealthed.
