Bosmer nighblade as healer?

So I was thinking, would it be possible to start out with bow and later change to resto staff for healing? I was thinking mainly putting points into magica and some health. I really like the stealth aspect with the bow, and played up to level 43 without any points in stamina. Could someone tell me if it's possible to be good in pvp/pve end game without any points in stamina with bosmer? The idea behind this is to get a build where I can use the stealth and bow because I really like it, but also heal myself and others if needed when more end game or pvp content. I do realise I would have to level up in both light and medium armour, and probably have to change it if I want to min/max, but is this enough? Could it be a good end game way to play? Or is bosmer just mainly stamina builds that suits them?

I am a level 46 Bosmer Nightblade. I am trying to build a healer with Bow, Resto and all Medium Armor. My plan is to use Siphoning Attacks to sustain healing abilities and not to worry about spell crit because I read that most Resto abilities do not crit (I maybe wrong).

My favorite MMO character of all time was the almost unkillable SWTOR Scoundrel Healer. I am trying to turn my Nightblade into something similar but I am having a hard time doing it. :(

Ok, guess I can just try and see how it goes. I was afraid I would spend to many points into the wrong skills incase it dosen't work out. I was also thinking of maybe try it out as a vampire since I heard they have good magica regen

Everything is possible and your character will be able to do all quests and dungeons because that kind of content is quite easy. Don't expect miracles for PVP or endgame content though. A player with the right build, right class and right race will be more effective than you.
    Wololo.

But if I would have build my nighblade as a typical nighblade it would still work in pvp right? I was just hoping that I could work in pvp with the bow bar, but perhaps I would need a second weapon based of stamina as well?

The challenge is that for your bow damage to be great you will need lots of stamina. Also you will need lots of health. Your success with heals will be limited by your stamina while using the resto staff with almost no magica.

I'm not saying it can't be done, but I do feel its best to make the decision to go stamina or magica and work your build from there.

Oh, well that is a good point! So you are saying that bow ability reflects how much stamina I have in damage? This means that it would be a good idea to have more points into stamina.. I rarely run out of stamina with my bosmer, but I realise I have to think more about how it will work in end game. Really want a build that can work in both pve and pvp. Just switched over to the NA server, and don't want to mess up how to level up.

I will need to further dissect your question in order to answer it properly.
Could someone tell me if it's possible to be good in pvp/pve end game without any points in stamina with bosmer?
Yes for Solo/Duo PvE and yes for PvP. Will you be the best that you can be at either, no.
I do realise I would have to level up in both light and medium armour, and probably have to change it if I want to min/max, but is this enough?
You can Heal without using any Light Armor in PvP but you're gimping yourself. Doing any significant Damage with a Bow in PvP will require a gear setup FOR that, thus further gimping any Healing capability you have. In PvE Solo/Duo it really doesn't matter what your build/gear is as long as the angry stuff dies and you live.
Or is bosmer just mainly stamina builds that suits them?
You can Heal all end game PvE content just fine as a Bosmer NB, I do so as do many other NB's but it requires a Gear setup just for that task. You aren't going to be Healing a Trial and think you can swap bars to your Bow and put in some nice DPS during burn phases. I have almost non-existent Stamina while Healing and Bow abilities would drain that in just a few casts, then how would you Dodge Roll an attack?

In the end Hybrid builds really only work in PvP where there are so many other Players to help Damage/Heal that your specific contribution is minimal, and in Solo/Duo PvE (even small groups like for Public Delves and Craglorn Delves). Actual "End Game" content will require you to have a set focus. That doesn't mean you can't do it all simply by having different gear sets in your bags and swapping that and your bars up but you will need to be one Role at one time. You can however (with enough Skill Points) be a Healer, a Tank, a Magicka DPS and a Stamina DPS as long as you have 3-4 different gear sets in your bags and enough abilities to cover all 10 spots + 2 Ultimates for all of the above Roles, you will just have to pick which one you are going to do when you start the Dungeon/Trial/Arena. Does that make sense enough?

You can be a pro healer with a bow equipped in one bar, but there is no reason for it beside aesthetics. Likewise you can be a pro bow dps with some healing skills, but your healing won't be strong.
You can also be okay at both bow and healing, but you wont be awesome at either, regardless of skill, because your spreading your stats budget across two separate areas in a system designed to have win-lose outcomes.

Thank you so much for the reply! I might just stick with a stamina build for my bosmer instead, I could always make a breton templar for healing later if I want to. I really like the stealth and bow abilities, and know I want to level this char up with that, guess the decission on what to make as a second weapon have to come later. I'll read more aboult end game bilds and see where I should put my points. On EU server, I had mainly points into health and magic with my bosmer nb bow, now I see that might not be good with the damage from bow if it refelcts the amount of stamina I have.
