Bug, teleport around resource

I've run into this a few times where I'm teleported really quickly 20-40m to another spot while fighting at a resource. It's just so weird. Anyone else?

✭Packets in your router have become stuck in a little rubber band that was left over from testing. They use the rubber band to catch outgoing traffic and have the router send packets back to itself. You need to restart your router. Then the rubber band usually shifts a little, making it less obtrusive to the data traffic. True story. This is why ZOS asks us to restart our routers all the time.
(Honestly: this just one of the many problems with server load and extreme latency in Cyrodiil at the moment. It's not just you.)
