    That depends on what resource you want your Sorcerer to use. If you're thinking going Magicka, then most likely a Breton of Altmer. If you're thinking of going Stamina, then Imperial or Redguard are good choices, especially for melee, where as Bosmer would make a pretty good Stamina DPS for either melee or ranged.

    • +10% Maximum Magicka
    • +4% Elemental Damage (Will buff nearly every Sorcerer spell.)
    • +9% Magicka Recovery

    No other class is as good. @Ezareth come confirm this oh dear leader. Altmer master race, Altmer only race.

    It is 4% elementa increasel but yes, Atmer are the master race for Sorcs and in general. Breton passives are just meh right now.

    i dont see the race Altmer whats it under not under race is it a wood elf high elfe seems there where a lot of elves

    Altmer is a high elf, it's the name for them in lore

    Altmer - High Elf is technically the best choice for a caster dps sorc.

    I went Dunmer (dark elf) for other reasons and I do not have any regrets. Also I am a vr14 former emperor.

    However with the changes to stat caps Altmer will always be top of the damage for caster dps. Unless of course you don't know how to play...
    I got killed in pvp, nerf everything...

    altmer or breton for magic.

    redguard for stamina(and apparently imperial, but i never played imperial, so i dont know about them)
