Hi all,
Tech support suggested I post here to see if anyone else has any ideas about this.
I am currently on The Moonlit path (as part of Cadwells Silver), I have done the Greenlady part of it and have followed the elfy ghost up the steps to where; it says in my journal, should be a spinning portal.
I have a quest marker where the portal should be but there is no portal there.
I have so far:
/reloadui
/stuck
left the game for hours before trying it again
left the area and completed side quests
i do not have any add ons
i have updated the game
i was not and am not a part of a group
EDITED TO ADD:
I have abandoned and restarted the quest and the portal is still missing

This has been happening since 20th March when i first submitted a ticket.


So any ideas?
