Kinda like stacking every guild + pugs in one keep is efficient
75% of DC are archers. The other 25% use the same builds you criticize for lack of originality. That's why it's funny you spent that much time typing out an essay for PvP class.
Are the bows lagging out the server now ? I wish they'd make sling shots a weapon . Just so I could peg a few goofballs in the pants . I'd settle for a ghetto Apple or a two by heavy . If a bow is slowing down server performance for everyone , I'd like to suggest hand thrown bricks in the next update and [\b]will make a new build just for it .
Still waiting for jauriel to take of the tin foil hat......
on a serious note, This lag thing really only is a thornblade issue. i pvped in thorn for the first few days of this campaign got sick of the lag and rerolled (which i got to vr1 and went back to my v14 L). Ive been running in chill for the past week. The only time i lagged was when my internet took a *** for 2 minutes.
With the influx of players from TU we need to spread out. thorn is no longer the only competitive campaign. Sure, maybe chill has a bit more potato then thorn but if people got off their high horses and maybe helped the pugs then all the campaigns would be fun, competitive, and free of potato.
Take a pug under your wing and show them how to fly.
And on FotM builds. i cant even keep up with those to care.

Problem is they all have been pretty full at prime time. Not sure there's room for entire guilds.

Frankly I have never seen that and I play a lot. And if your claim is Pancake is referring to people in a group is he/she referring to LB then?
Please explain solo build to me. I find this fascinating this claim that everyone needs to rework their build to dance to someone else's tune. No group held my hand when I built my NB. And frankly, many people don't have 24 hours to devote to the game to tailor make a whole new build to suit what someone else thinks they should be. A lot of us on DC have jobs and kids and businesses and other commitments. We play this game to have FUN. Not to be elitist snobs who pick apart one another and try to dictate their build.
Games by nature are supposed to be fun. Appreciate the variety in builds and try to use them for the benefit of the group. That's what teamwork is about-finding out what build and what player works here or there. Got a stealthy archer? Send him to 50/50 a keep or take a resource. Got some good healers? Direct them to pop siege bubbles and heal with all their might. It's not that complicated.
DC does work together from time to time. But yeah sometimes we are outnumbered and we do wipe. My goodness doesn't everyo
ne?? And the negative nitpicking against one another serves no purpose. Calling your own faction out on a forum and trying to shame them also serves no purpose.
Not looking to write out novels on my phone so ill be short here. My comment about solo builds has nothing to do with elitism or holding hands or whatever other crap you call it. Im simply talking about the players that you have to ask to run purge/maneuvers/caltops/CCs so they can help the group and they are unwilling to do so because it ruins their wonderful builds. You dont have to play 24 hours a day to run one of these abilities. You have to be able to adapt to the situation, not just keep doing the same *** over and over.
Yeah you edited your original comment to dumb it down to "run caltrops and maneuvers". I pst'd you so we don't have to continue to air our dirty laundry here. DC takes enough crap and we don't need to dish it out on one another as well.
But I will state publicly part of what I pst'd to you. Maybe it's because I am a woman and I ask nicely and have fun with my groups but I have NEVER EVER encountered one DC player who refused to run alliance skills to help the group. And I pick up and train pugs by the dozens. Hundreds even if you go back as far as November. Never has a DC player refused to run siege bubble when I asked or Mage runes or what have you. 99% of the DC people I encounter are eager to participate and very enjoyable to have in TS. Never have I encountered a DC player who came in my group and said "you don't pay my sub fee so screw you I won't play as a team member".
That is just flat out absolutely fictitious. Most nights I am super proud of my teams and overall I think DC tries hard when we aren't fighting amongst each-other.
