Question : Has Nb Archer on stamina build improved since update?

Hi, i have a V1 NB Wood elf Archer in DC-European server . Since update as you must know by now all players were rerolled (Skill points given back).
Anyway to make a long story short, i was wondering, is stamina build archer more affective now for pvp ? Because everyone was saying before update to make NB archers on magicka build , and as i experianced in Cyrodil archer-magicka builds were more DD`s then stamina builds, and since i got reroll on my skill points, i dont wanna go down that lane again ;P
With your awnseres if you could please backup your awnser with your experiance on the matter or source , or forum link etc.

✭✭✭Stamina based NB archers are very effective now. Due to the lack of soft caps, stamina pools and regan rates can go thru the roof, allowing you to use snipe and venom arrow MANY times before running out of stamina.
That, plus the fact NBs just sync very well with stamina builds; especially the shadow passive that grants 30% extra stamina regan.
NB stamina archers make fantastic rogues. The stealth damage from a stealthed snipe attack is gigantic. only the heaviest armored players can take more than a few shots before dying.
