Does Pack Leader help the user transform longer?

So Pack Leader says that nearby werewolves have 2 seconds added to their transformation whenever the use a heavy attack, but does this affect the user of Pack Leader themselves? I know it doesn't sound like it does, but there are still way too many tooltips that say things like "affects nearby allies" that actually affect the user as well and there's no way to easily figure out whether this is one of those or not.

Brasseurfb16_ESO✭✭✭✭The effect affects the pack leader and works on every ennemies hit by the heavy attack. So if you fully charge a heavy attack and hit multiple ennemies you can get some decent chunk of your timer back with good positioning.1 -

Thanks! I actually like the look of Pack Leader more but I usually play solo so it's nice to know that it's still useful.0
