Does anybody know the following about Healing Ward?
1. Is the shield part affected by healing debuffs (I assume the initial healing part is)?
2. When is the 300% extra healing applicable, i.e., under 25% health, etc.?
3. In a full stamina build, is Healing Ward still a viable burst heal?
