not an exploit, just using game mechanics to their advantage. Whether or not that is intended is something different entirely

Why don't you chip in yourself and secure the ongoing availability of 'your' buff server?Emma_Eunjung wrote: »Doesn't sound like an exploit to me, but next time you "witness" 3 guys from DC doing PvP, be sure to ask them what the heck happened to our BUFF SERVER... why is it so unreliable these last few weeks?
I reported this on day 1 in the 1.6 PTS forums. 0 concerns were given.

@Emma_Eunjung Because it isn't your buff server. Damned PvErs' thinking they're entitled to ***.

Nobody should even be fighting on the buff servers, if they had any sense at all. It's simply in EVERYONE'S best interest that all three factions have a stable buff server. You can call it meta-gaming or whatever, I don't care.
Furthermore, as I'm sure you're aware, different factions respected the buff servers for months and confined most of the combat to a single server. What changed?

granted, i just came back from 3 months off, but last time i checked, EP had no buff server....
how is it today?
It's only really in PvE'rs best interest. PvP the buffs from your home campaign are overridden by the campaign you're in, so you'll find most PvP players will generally just go where the fighting is.Emma_Eunjung wrote: »Nobody should even be fighting on the buff servers, if they had any sense at all. Any respect was purely out of numbers - most fighting was on Thornblade the last few months because that was the only active campaign. Anyone venturing to others would 3bar'd out by those wanting to hold the buffs. What changed? Removal of sub I suspect - the weekend had 3 out of the 4 campaigns at (near) full population. If there was respect to stay off three campaigns for buffs, that's 3 alliances x 3 campaigns worth of population that would have to queue up for Thornblade!Emma_Eunjung wrote: »Furthermore, as I'm sure you're aware, different factions respected the buff servers for months and confined most of the combat to a single server.
