Sucks that all I got for attacks were dots, it's the with our pull ability as well, the one setup that would actually use it dual wield doesn't because it's magicka based

Dk have been the meta for eso since day 1, the master class if one may say so.
In 1.6, they are still the class against which all others are judged.
It wouldn't be in the best interest of ZOS to hand over another super dps skill to help out the already great stam dks out there.0 -

✭Give DKs a stamina morph of whip.
I don't even use whip on my DK (dual bows since early access), but it's silly that both DK and Sorc got completely shafted on any kind of upfront damaging stamina-based move.
