NB tank Help

Hey guys I am trying to make my nightblade tank and am running out of ideas. I will give you my character in a nutshell.
- I have all heavy armor(I have 5 Histbark Items, and 4 song of Lamae items).
- First bar:Sword and Shield
Mirage
Refreshing Path
Sap Essence
Ransack
Siphoning Strikes
-Second Bar: Sword and Dagger(which I have no idea if this even works for tanks but did it for lvling worked well)
Reapers Mark
Shadowy Disguise
Surprise Attack
Killers Blade
Merciless Resolve

Here is my issue I cant manage Magicka or Stam well. I do like absolutely no dmg. I realize I am a tank, but I thought I may be able to put a dent in something. I have 9 points in magicka, 40 in health, 9 in stam. I do not know really what to do for a second bar. I have heard people using resto staffs, and I have heard that two handed weps are sometime used as well. If anyone can just post back with some advise or criticism that would be great. Have not been getting much information lately on NB tanks.

My Nighblade tank...

1. Assassin's Blade morphed to Killer's Blade at low levels now replaced with Drain Power that I will morph to Sap Essence.
2. Puncture morphed to Pierce Armor.
3. Path of Darkness morphed to Refreshing Path.
4. Strife morphed to Funnel Health.
5. Teleport Strike morphed to Ambush.
Ultimate - Consuming Darkness morphed to Veil of Blades.

Bar 2 is a restoration staff but frankly I only typically flip to it to heal others if they get into trouble.

I have all 49 attributes in health at VR1.

Armor:
5 pieces of Magicka Furnace, all three jewelry plus head and shoulders (light armor).
5 pieces of Magicka Furnace gives me armor, magic, spell damage and magicka when hit by a melee attack.

5 pieces of Vampire's Kiss heavy armor, chest, gloves, pants, boots, weapon (usually a sword but I'm currently using an axe).
Vampire's Kiss heals you on a killing so as long as I'm killing I'm self healing.

2 pieces of Seducer heavy armor, belt and shield. Seducer two pieces gives me a little extra magica regen.

For example a 3+ mob pack...
I start with sneaking,
Ambush
Funnel Health (typically the first target is dead or very close at this point)
Refreshing Path
Drain Power
Pierced armor
Typically a few weapon light/heavy attacks, maybe a couple shield bashes finishes the mobs.

As a general rule I never go below 70% or so health and often end fights fast and in good shape on magic, stamina and health. I've soloed public group dungeons at or slightly above my level with my skillset.
