Did Targeting Change?

As of at least update 4, possibly one of the patches since, I've noticed the targeting both in combat and with interactables to be significantly "less precise".

One example, is when there are 3 or more NPC's tightly grouped in a dungeon, it "seems" as though it is much more difficult now to complete my rotation on a targeted NPC without another getting in the line of fire.

In the case of interactables, and using the "E" for selection, it seems as though it has become more difficult to quickly acquire the right target.

I've asked around and a few others have noticed as well, but thought I'd hit the community to see if this has been noticed more broadly.

I was not able to find anything in patch notes about changes to targeting, but could have missed something. Either way, this seems like an unintentional change or ninja change.

Does NOT Feel Less Precise Recently & But Wish it Was More Precise
I've had the problem where I engage a group of three mobs. I kill one, then I proceed to attack the air while the other mobs hide behind the corpse of the first. I usually have to pull them away from the corpse to actually hit them.

Add another bug to the pile.

I just realized I voted wrong, haha. Shame on me for not reading it thoroughly. I meant "Feels Less Precise Recently & I Do NOT Like".

Not only do I have a perpetual hatred for corpses, but I apparently also feel a need to kill any of the random critters around the area I'm fighting in before I feel the need to kill the enemies brandishing weapons or claws or whatever at me.

It's incredibly annoying and I didn't notice it until 1.4 went live.

Targeting (camera, not tabbed) is still an issue ZOS. Can we just have it prioritize better if you don't want it to be anymore precise.

Targeting has always been a problem in this game but I haven't noticed any change, from 1.5 to 1.6, beside a bug with ennemy corpses soaking attacks when NPCs are hiding behind those.

But I do feel some improvement should be made when it comes to targeting opponents in this game.

I can swing at some enemies and not connect on anything. Something is screwed up.

For this exact reason the targeting IS less precise, if not intended @ZOS pls fix.

    I haven't noticed a difference.

I wish the target was infront of my character spatially rather than on the surface of my monitor. As it stands if a mob is behind you and in front of you and you hit a gap closer it will hit the mob behind you instead because the cross hairs are 2 dimensional and have no depth.
