NB Destro

Is a destruction staff nb even viable now and if so how would you start one out. I duod with a nb destro the other night and it blew my mind how fast he was killing stuff, of course that was lvl 41. Would someone be able to give me some advice on what to start with.

Stamina nightblade way to go. staff is good to regen magica but why do damage with it? It does much less then nightblade skills. I use restore staff on other bar to heal and restore magicka since you still required to use some magic abilities from nightblade tree and restore staff with its passives is the best magic regen. Almost never go to second bar though doing so much damage on first bar in pve and overuse shadow so don't even take much damage. Seem to have finely cured all the sneak and hide problems. Its nice to have the heals for me and team in dungeon though.

I would also be interested in whether there is still a viable role for destruction staff NB. I recently returned to ESO after a lengthy hiatus and went back to playing my late 30s NB that I had been leveling with destruction staff. I've continued to level her with destruction staff on both bars and I'm level 46 now. Here is my current set up (for the most part).

Bar 1: Swallow Soul, , Weakness to Elements, Structured Entropy, Siphoning Attacks, Destructive Clench, and Soul Tether.

Bar 2: Elemental Ring, Drain Power (will morph to Sap Essence), Refreshing Path, Siphoning Strikes, Unstoppable (from heavy armor line, I wear 5 heavy, 2 light generally), and Veil of Blades.

Unfortunately I do very little group content (hope to find compatible guild soon and change this) so don't know how this would work in a group setting. So this is mostly solo but I recognize this content is not terribly difficult and wonder how this might work once I hit V1. Would love some feedback or suggestions on this setup.
