Yes, it will. My DK will Shield Charge you, Talon you, drop new Cinderstorm on you, then melee and Flame Lash your anti arrow fanny until you die, ending, of course, with a constant series of shield bash...
hmmm....mb just Shield Charge and than (Petrify+Skill)....most people can't react with such CC.
not to mention that the cc combination bugs out the cc break ability too
One of the few things that makes me rage. Hard and soft CC stacking needs to just take a hike so these things cannot happen.
As for scales; I carry a lightning staff or a resto staff specifically for that purpose. Also; I am in love with eclipse for as situational as it sounds on paper. Just can't give up the hilarious effects of catching someone focused on fighting in a large fight. Of course it becomes more limited with more melee stam users, but so does scales.0 -

✭Most likely the help article you linked to is 1000000 years old and not updated. Syrabane was changed from reflect to block a long long time ago. It doesn't work the way you say it works unless you test it and tell us it does, in which case it should be nerfed. So?1 -
RoamingRiverElk✭✭✭✭✭I have not tested Syrabane properly in 1.6, but in 1.5 it definitely, without question, did NOT proc on reflect.
