Still new to the game. Have a Temp and NB both around lvl 30. With 1.6 around the corner, i'd prefer to have a build to work towards. Both PvE builds.

1st. I need some advice on skills for my templar. Going with 1h/shield and heavy armor(imperial). What would be the best skills, 2nd weapon for Soloing, farming, and just general exploring. Like if I wanted to solo public dungeons or attempt to solo those group bosses or dolmens(if possible). Just the best build for soloing. The wep/armor/race are set in stone. I just want help with the skills, 2nd wep.

2nd. I would like a build for my NB. It's a dark elf, thinking about going vamp(not sure). But I want a build that I can solo all my quests with/clear public dungeons. But I want to be a "decent" dps in dungeons(group). I'd prefer dual wield with light or med armor. But if that won't work, then it doesn't matter as long as it's main weapon is melee. I'm not expecting it to be a "top dps" build. But I want to be useful in group dungeons and be able to solo any quests or whatever out in the open world.

I know it's asking alot. Like I said, still new to the game, not sure if it's possible or not. But any help would be awesome. Currently i'm just getting whatever. Doesn't matter if they're stam or magicka. As long as they get it done lol.
