1.6.4 sudden loss of ultimate generation on light/heavy attacks, unfixed for two patches now

@ZOS_GinaBruno can you confirm that you guys are aware of this bug? that's two patches in a row it's been unaddressed, and it's pretty game breaking...
in 1.6.1 ulti gen was working fine, but since 1.6.2 players have been experiencing sudden seemingly random loss of all ultimate generation on light/heavy attacks after playing for some time... relogging temporarily fixes it, but it happens again pretty quickly afterward... eso without ultimate is just not as much fun

✭✭I think it seems to be related to the buff stacking bug that allowed you to do millions of damage. The first sign to show that you were bugged and could do more damage was that you would stop gaining the ultimate buff. Also as stated above it only happens when you have max champion points. I can. At 3600 CP used, I had no issues regenerating ultimate while hitting wasps with 2H sword heavy attacks and casting healing ritual.so being OP means one can't use any ultimates?
