Hello! I've got a very interesting suggestion for the future update, because this probably will take too much time to implement in Update 6. Mechanically weapon swaps now are just great, but not graphically. During a weapon swap it looks like a character simply annihilates his/her weapon to atoms, and grabs another weapon from thin air. So here's an interesting idea – wouldn't it be great and actually realistic to have both equipped weapons displayed on your character? I know it requires a complete rework of the weapon swap mechanics, but think about the possibilities! Here are the examples, I'll also try to cover possible conflicts in such mechanics.
Examples:
1) Dual-wield weapons hanging on character's side as they are now, and any two-handed weapon (staff, sword/mace/axe, bow) hanging on the back as it is now. That's a simple one, just displaying those two at the same time.
2) When dual-wield weapons are equipped in both slots, one of them can hang on the sides as it is now, and other set can be criss-cross on the back, and a character would reach them over shoulders.
3) Dual-wileld weapons and one-handed with shield. Dual-wield weapons go on the sides, shield goes on the back, and one-handed goes behind the shield.
4) When both slots have two-handed weapons equipped, they can go criss-cross on the character's back. Bows are the exception here.
5) When one slot has a bow and the other has other two-handed weapon, it still can go criss-cross, just requires some fine placement.
6) When both slots have bows equipped, there should be only one quiver from the main bow style, and bows can still go criss-cross.
7) The toughest case may be when one slot is one handed with shield, and the other is a bow. The bow itself and the one-handed weapon can go criss-cross on the back and shield can go on them. The quiver may be the problem, I guess it still can go behind the shield and actually act as a shield holder.
