Was There a Stealth Nerf to Farming Avanchnzel?

I make a daily trip to Avanchnzel in order to farm Dwemer Motif pages. I'd received one every visit up until these past 3 or 4 days... now I'm finding nothing.
Did they nerf the drop rate?

✭✭They'll be for sale in the Crown Shop soon. Sarcasm aside, you were lucky to get them that much. I sure don't go there every day, but I've made dozens of trips there, and only got a couple pages. Same, visited a few times each day since the dwemer motifs came out and could guarantee 1 a day per char. Over the last 3-4 days i think i found 2, both maces

Oh well, was a nice little earner for a while.
