TL;DR: You can be whatever class you like. If you want a min/max build then they are probably right as posted above because I do not know what I do dps wise and im not v14. I think you should play how you want, because that is what you will enjoy the most.
Radiant Aura isn't worth the skill point. Restoring is fine. Repentance is good for PVP.
