Nord "Robust" Passive NOT Working

The Nord passive, Robust, which reads:
"Increases Health Recovery while in combat by 30%."
is not working. Not once have I noticed my health regen being bumped up by 30% in combat. This is extremely easy to test too. Go to your character screen before you fight something to check your health regen number...fight it, and during the fight go to your character screen again. If while taking damage (and thus in combat) your health regen doesn't go up, it's not working. This is exactly what has been happening to me and therefore at this point is a waste of 3 skill points. ZOS, please fix this for us Nords!

Yes, I am. But shouldn't this passive still give me 30% combat health regen no matter what? Sure my base value of health regen might be lower cause I'm a vamp but I'm never seeing my health regen value go up in combat due to this bugged passive.

I use it on my Khajiit NB and it works fine. My health regeneration gets increased from 30 hp/2s to 40hp/2s with my Robust passive (3/3).

Since Orcs, Nords and Khajiit have the exactly same passive, there are no reasons you shouldn't get any benefits out of it. Unless you play a stage 3-4 vampire and got your health regeneration reduced to 0, you should always have at least 30% of your current value as additional health regen.

Yeah, my health regen in Stage 4 is 37, ane even during combat I don't see that increase at all. 30% of 37 is 11.1 so you would think during combat I would see my health regeneration increase to 48 but it doesn't. ZOS please fix this!

I understand the issue now, you just don't understand how this passive works.

It increases your health regeneration at all times. So you don't have to compare your character screen when you are In/Out of combat, it won't change anything.

The only way to check if the passive realy works is to check your health regeneration before you put the skill points in "Robust" passive and check it again when you have applied the skill points in the related passive.

So I'm sorry for you, but there aren't any fix requiere for "Robust" passive...
