With so many more skills now having passive buffs while slotted, should ZoS make it so we can recieve the buff even if the skill is located on our off weapon slot? For example, skills like the new inferno and expert hunter, when activated on one bar it should remain active on the other because they are not weapon based.

I for one am for it, thus saving a skill slot on one bar. What do you guys think?
