Suggestion: Training tutorials in the fighters guild, mage's guild, undaunted, and other locations

Summary
This is a suggestion to add training instances with some premade skill sets for each weapon & class at the fighter's guild, mage's guild, undaunted, war camp, or outlaw outposts. Similar to the vampire and werewolf quests, these short skill tutorials would show players what some different morphs of their abilities will do in battle. In addition these locations would give lore friendly tutorials to changes like the justice system or could be added to the existing alliance war tutorial.

The Problem
With 1.6 we'really seeing a lot of changes to skills, we have the potential for a lot of new players, and we're seeing the introduction of the justice system. There are few ways players can learn different abilities except to try them out, which can be frustrating to level something up and realize the damage is low or the morph is being overwritten by another ability. Even in a pre 1.6 world it's difficult to understand if an ability is hitting physical or spell resistance. This forces many to look at outdated wikis, which pull people away from the game to search a website, and have to be constantly updated.

Solution
Inside ESO there are several groups that specialize in various fighting styles that can be used to train players with weapon, class, and misc abilities. Since there are several builds out there, some tutorials could be done per role (tank, healer, dps). With any training, skills would be granted temporary on their bar, similar to the vampire and werewolf quests. We already have these types of tutorials for crafting writs, so why not for some of the core gameplay?

Details
So, imagine you go in and start off am instanced training quest on training dummies or sparring Npcs. You would be given a free weapon and a bar would be setup on your skills. Your options at different locations are:

Fighters Guild
- 1 handed weapon & shield line
- 2 handed weapon line
- dual wield line
- bow
- stamina based class abilities and morphs
- fighters guild abilities

Mages Guild
- destruction staff line (optional 3 staffs)
- restoration staff
- magicka based class abilities and morphs
- mage's guild line

Outlaw Outpost
- pick pocketing
- lock picking
- sneaking and gaurd evasion
- stealing from containers

Alliance War Camp
- standard siege tutorial (already done)
- assault line skills
- support line skills

Undaunted
- undaunted skills
- tank role
- melee dps roles
- ranged dps roles
- healer roles

Keep in mind this is not the end all be all of "how you play your class. Min/maxers will still get a lot of benefit looking up builds to maximize their potential. this would still help folks to test skills without requiring training or investing time and money (skill resets) into it.

I don't think there will be time to fully realize this by the time 1.6 goes live, but the quicker the better.

Feel free to reply folks to support or add onto the suggestion. I'love move this to the PTS > Suggestions & Feedback forum in about a week.

At the very least, it would be nice to see what morphs are available before you commit to purchasing a skill, especially for newbies playing a class for the first time.

ESO does a horrible job at explaining these things, and some information is completely hidden, like how the morphs of an ability look.
We already have a tutorial, albeit short, for siege engines, so why not one for plain fighting?
I wholeheartedly second this idea, it would be awesome!

The 1.6 tutorial did improve explaining SOME things; like light and heavy attacks, Bashing, and other things, but there is little to explain the skills now without spending the skill points =/
