Is soft cap removed or actually hidden and amplified?

Difference between the live and PTS version of my character:

Health recovery 37 --> 324; scale factor 8.8
Magicka recovery 81 --> 514; scale factor 6.3
Stamina recovery 110 --> 591; scale factor 5.3

At a first sight, instead of having a linear progression up to the soft cap, then diminishing returns up to the hard cap, it looks like we have a non-linear progression all along the way.

Strange...

    Did you check your jewelry? The jewelry is not giving as large of a bonus as it used to. That is probably accounting for the difference you are seeing.

    I did some comparisons on a low level character wearing nothing/without any passives etc.I suspect the overall nerf in armour/jewelery/enchants may have affected your stats.
    this thread- hardly anything levelled in a 1-10 manner. I've just found a trash mob with health that levelled in a 1:9 ratio, and my health levels in a 1: 7 ratio!

    Why were all our stats nerfed? The champion points I have don't seem to make up the difference. How many hours will it take me to grind enough champion points to combat the nerf?

    Based on what I've seen, our health was scaled x7.2 and most mobs were also in that range. x7.2. In some cases the mobs are x7.1. There are probably exceptions where they either got the math wrong during the conversion or they wanted to buff that particular mob for whatever reason.

    Interesting tests, *saves the data for future theorycrafting*

    On a a related topic I did a little bit of testing to see if you could reduce the cost of all your skills really low and it seems hidden skills like cost reduction still have diminishing returns still. I tried putting on Archmage + Seducer + cost reduction champion passives on the patch1.60 then put cost reduction and i slowly got less and less out of it.
