I really think they should change the weighted trait to a damage boost (weapon damage/spell power) rather than the haste effect. They've already gotten rid of all other sources of haste/attack speed in the game, weighted is the only one left.

Might I direct you to the Original Post where it was inquired as to whether the crit FROM GEAR was being nerfed and whether or not a different set of gear was worthwhile.

The base Crit goes from 0-10.
Therefore, the crit from gear barely changes *in effect*.
And that omits the champ system and buffs. Happy now?

That is because they reduced the overall critical from gear. You can get Major Savagery buff from certain abilities for a permanent +10% and another 12% when you unlock 30 points in Ritual Constellation.
So no your character hasn't been nerfed. You just need to get 20 more champion points and adjust a bit your abilities. You can thank me later.

I currently use three pieces of Willow's Path which has a 4% Spell Crit bonus. With that bonus now reduced to 2%, I am thinking about replacing that gear with three pieces of Cyrodiil's Light which adds Spell Damage instead of Spell Crit. Any thoughts or opinions out there?

Actualy, the critical value on the tooltip is incorrect. A Yellow piece of gear only gives 1,6% critical chance...
