Boost Potion Effect - why did you remove it?

What happened to my 'Boost Potion Effect' buff?
Enchanting now only allows us to make glyphs that boost potion duration instead of the effects of the potion.
Argonian racial passives that previously boosted potion effectiveness have been replaced.
There's been some changes to NB skills that use potions as well?

This is a pretty massive change -completely removing an effect from the game. Why didn't you mention it anywhere in the patch notes?
"Things which are alike in nature grow to look alike, and the speaking stones have lain a long time lookin' at the sun. Some believe they descend with the lightning, but I believe they are on the ground and are projected downward by the bolt."

Fear my moustache powers.

I think the change of secondary effect ("restore additional x over 10s") to a straight regen buff definitively adds weight to this. Not only will the effect not stack, it will depend on your inherent regen instead of the potions level/quality.

And yes, they removed the nightblade's potion boost as well, you now gain 8 ultimate after drinking a potion.

Meh, so much potion nerfs. And a nerf to Argonians racial passives as well, hardly necessary, was it?
