Will the once per person limit be removed? Like stated NPC's can now use breakout and players can do the same. So I am hoping the limitation of recently fed would be removed.
Limit should remain on successful feed (completed - no CC break) and should be limited to the character that recently fed, not others. NPC's should have the same limitation and encounter resets should reset this as well.
Nothing like having a skill rendered useless because a tether kicked in.
If someone shield charges me, I am not magically immune to shield charge from another individual for x seconds...

As far as i know, they can not. They just get a CC immunity like players do when the CC on them expires.
In 1.6 you can break free of feed, and gain immunity thereafter like any other cc, wich is a good change. Feed was "exploited" so you were locked in stun while others ganked you...no way to break free or fight back. How someone could use this without feeling utterly lame, I dont understand, but atleast it will soon be history.
