Enlightment rate

So on the ESO live the lead designer said that when enlightened an hour of game play should net one champion point. So far I have not experienced that. On my VR3 while enlightened doing Caldwell Silver it took 2 hours to get a champion point. Last night with a VR14 template I got maybe 1/4 of the bar filled. I did some pvp but didn't get much out of it advancement wise. The fights against other players lasted a good 20 minutes and I ended up loosing as there was more of them then of me. I farmed a lumbermill and some mobs to raise skills, I went and did the first 3 parts of the main quest, then I went to Craglorn for about 40 minutes to grind mobs there. At the time I was more focused on leveling the skills up but did notice how slow the CP experienced advanced. How is everyone else doing with this aspect?

tnliverpool✭✭✭I leveled CP too fast while enlightened it feels like. I think I got two full CP in Gold zones in about 90 minutes from just questing. Are you sure you were enlightened the entire time? Of course I have no clue how to tell if you are enlightened or not other than the random pop-up. Will look closer when I get home though.0 -
Ommamar✭✭✭✭I think the enlightened state is shown by a blue bar the standard by a green. It could be the other way around but those are the two colors. Yes I was enlightened the entire time as when I got the CP on my VR3 the bar changed colors.0

tnliverpool✭✭✭The bar changes color based on what type of point you are earning. Green=thief, Red=Warrior, Blue=Mage1

Ommamar✭✭✭✭Oh...well it said you are enlightened then changed colors. I haven't seen any message that says you are no longer enlightened so no way to tell what state your in I guess. I think once you are not doing Caldwell quest line it is really going to slow down but hard to tell how much pvp will give as it is hard to find a good amount on test.0
