what counts as unblockable damage?

Sorcerer Daedric Curse was my main offense, we stack two of those and it's very decent damage, then endless fury + streak etc.
Edit: Oh, and I'm guilty of using soul assault too.
Heavy attack of lightning staff combined with undaunted weaver set.
Bye blocking.
That is not an improvement, it's just another ridiculous build that can now exist that was not possible before. People that tank a lot AND can kill you in a split second will continue to exist. An IF that build actually has 21k stamina then again, he might be able to deal decent damage to you.

The final bolt of lightning staff heavy attack is a projectile pretty sure unless they changed it in 1.6. Anyone that has played a tank in 1.5 or before knows what that means. 10-11k heal each time on 1.6. Your heavy attack probably isn't doing has much meaningful damage as you think it is.

That´s why you should use the Set.. 1k Heavy Attacks on Live atm without any Problem.
If you like you could use Resto Attack instead.. good dmg, not blockable and no projectile

Just a little theorycrafting here.
That will work for a little while granted he doesn't use a heal that scales off of his health *cough*DB*cough* but stave heavy attacks will be bashable soon according to Jess.
Bash->wrecking blow (50% extra damage after interrupt Champ passive. Think it's a 30pt one too.). Also, gearing to fight one person or build is probably not the best strategy. I'd assume that well rounded itemization and builds perform better most of the time.
If he can't do damage and put everything into surviving then it's not that big a deal IMO. If people build something that is mostly useless and just a novelty toward one thing then so be it.
I've seen the same complaints on the NB sap build - friend of mine stacked every healing bonus he could get and it impossible to kill if there is a group around him b/c he can just sap away. But that's all he can do. He can't really kill anyone, or do anything else raid wise, just sit there and sap groups. If the group goes away and just one guy fights him, he's dead. But because players can't just immediately kill him with the 'pile on' effect of pvp they cry about it.
If he's that tough, use some ground effects to do damage that can't be blocked -- they are even thinking of making more ground related damage not blockable, so give feedback on which powers aren't working. If you have a NB handy - You could also try fear to make him drop a block or summon shades to do more stamina drain (and pets if sorc).
Blocking however is much more expensive now than prior to 1.6, so he's probably dumping jewelry enchants and everything into it, so if you do find a way around it, even in the slightest, he'll be screwed.
Twisting Path (every 0.5sec Stamina drain on PTS) + Shadow Image + Animation-Cancel (Light Attack, Skill, Bash)Also, fear doesn't drop block. Feared blockers can just keep blocking but they walk in a different direction. All you're doing is just relocating them lol. Even the best burst NB can't break a perma blocker if they are intent on just playing defense. We have tried and tested this with some of the best NB in the game.
