I sure hope not, though I also noticed this problem on the PTS. Travel in ESO is noticeably convenient as soon as you have at least 1 big guild, and indeed the whole game seems to favor ease of travel, which I feel sets it apart from some other games on the market. It would be a shame if this convenience was lost.
