With 8 characters, most of the alts are used for extra space. Each character had 110 bag space and each characters horse had 50, total space was 160. I had about 155 items in 6 of the 8 alts. When first time logging into the PTS with the character, inventory space was at 110. When I activated any mount, logged out, logged back in, my inventory space went back to 160. BUT, every item in excess of the 110 is now gone!! Lost some very prized gold temper armor & wpn sets, many runes (yes i'm crying over my lost Kuta's) gold tempers gone. I really hope you resolve this before going live with this.
