Skyshards not counting?

I have found 3 skyshards and they did not give me a skill pt. It still says 0/3. However the shards were checked off on the list for skyshard achievement.
This is very bad for my 1st v14 toon because she only got 160 skill pts to start with. The second v14 toon started with almost 300 skill pts.
I sent in bug reports but nothing has changed.

✭✭Same here, I tested 2 and neither of them counted.
This was done with a template, so it may be the reason ...Wololo.0 -

I also did not get a skill pt. for finishing a dungeon. I did however, get a skill pt. for ranking in PVP.
With the 1st v14 toon I made, she only started with 160 skill pts. So she needs those skyshards and quest skill pts. to morph skills.
I don't know. I'm getting a bit annoyed playing so far without using my main toon. I hope the NA server gets brought over soon. Then I'll be into PTS.0 -

NA server? It is the one that was copied. I'm on the NA server and all my characters look like they where copied over a couple of days ago.0 -

Yeah this - I actually have characters on both live servers, but the ones I found on the PTS were my NA characters from no more than 3 days ago (I know exactly, because my research on one of them finished as soon as I managed to get onto the PTS today, it was the same research that finished for that character on the live server on Monday).GM - Ghost Sea Trading Co - NA PC
