First I'd like to say I both understand and am coming to appreciate the changes made to blood rage in the update. The additional time is indeed helpful, and even lets me use the other pounce morph that doesn't add time to my transformation. Or at least it does in PVE.
However I think that the time added by blood rage could use just a bit more tweaking if this is indeed supposed to be meeting WW players halfway on their desire to remain in form longer. Even with Devour on a solo wolf is still having to constantly watch the clock instead of focusing on his fights, and that's just not as much fun.
Furthermore the Werewolf form in PVP remains fairly useless outside a few niche scenarios such as having multiple others transforming simulteaneously. But even then you require a larger group about you in order to avoid simply being rooted in place, and then killed with a barrage of venom arrows. Due to issues with permanent stunning being a frequent occurence this usually results in a werewolf dieing mere seconds after transforming.
So I would like to suggest the following.
1) Change blood rage so that the first rank provides 3 seconds, with a 3 second cooldown. Make the second rank give 5 seconds with a 3 second cooldown.
2) Give Werewolves some manner of root immunity or lessen the effect of stuns.
2a)Alternatively add a snare/knockdown/stun removal effect to one of their roars. This would let other wolves effectively 'purge' stuns and roots from pack mates
