Keep Vengeance. Remove blockcasting entirely. Problem solved.

Reinforced (120) - When blocking gain a damage shield for 143 every 20 seconds.
Do we really need to make Blocking more powerful? If anything I'd like to see Blocking made weaker.
Make it 180 instead of 360 and significantly increase the cost (so as to encourage situational blocking and not perma-blocking.)

You realize that is virtually nothing on PTS right? Those are some of the worse abilities in the game.
