Vengeance seems incredibly OP
"Vengeance: Guarantees your next spell will be a critical hit after you block three spells."
This was an immediate red flag as soon as I saw it. Does anyone else fee this is incredibly strong, especially with the current block casting meta? In PvP a block casting player in a large group engagement will basically have 100% spell crit as long as they continue to block and are taking enough hits. This counts for heals too.
Even in small fights this allows block casters to have a 100% crit rate on self heals like GDB or breath of life with a bit of timing. Or 100% crit on their big nuke (negated by impen so not as big of a deal).
Please don't give block casters any more advantage than they already have...
