Whats up with all those nerfs to set items ?

Every sets have beedn heavily nerfed so far. Specialy crit ratings.
I could understand that on regular or crafted sets but trial loot ?
Also, whats up with Destructive Mage set ?
795 daedric damage once per 20 secs and only if you do fully charged heavy attack while staff deal 1132 damage with light attacks ? Seriously ?

Could you remind what this set does ? Unfortunately, im happen to be a EU player, so i dont have my characters on PTS like all other EU players.0 -
derpsticks✭✭✭✭Most of the crit values on the set bonuses seem off. One time I logged in it said some would give 29% or 30% crit. Now I login again and they say 1 or 2%0 -
