PTS megaserver question.

Just curious as if megaserver is shared between both American and European communities. I plan on attempting to try and lag the server with AoEs, as a means to stress test in PvP. (not to be a punk, but to actually see if it can handle it with removed caps.) All i do is PvP in main game
