NA and EU crafting exchange system

Myself and quite a few members of the Sigma Draconis EU guild have made preparations for this PTS by hoarding crafting and upgrade materials.
Due to the fact that the NA characters will be copied first, I would like to find a guild that did similar things and help each other out with crafting services.
You craft stuff for us for the first half of the test and once the EU characters get copied, we'll craft stuff for you.
