I agree that they should do both actually , balance the racials , they are not worth the same at all in the end and add the option to the player the change race/class...

This game forces you to go to the same zones to do the same quests ... over and over if you want to lvl a second char and play with the people you know in the same alliance. This is a problem.

some extra options are normally good but to many is a mistake

Games these days really white wash character creation. Somewhere along the way we traded the ability to change our stats, traits, and other bonuses for the ability to slightly affect nose sellion. Awesome?

For games like WoW, this is not problem. Because of their game design you can do same quests over and over and those quests dont get boring with time, Like killing 6 mobs. But in eso things work diffrently and its much more painful to level a character. Because in WoW i can just level all the way by simply doing dungeon rushes.

In this game, going though same content second time is the most boring experiance i had in my whole gaming life. Content is fine and exciting for the first time but the second, its just pain.

They really should get rid of these bugs with race and class. Or this game is destined to die, its losing players every day and mostly , people like me.
I want to play a dark elf nightblade now but to go though these content once more? I would instead play another game.

as a RvR oriented player i want to choke the man responcible for race passives till he dies from it. it would be better if racials didn`t work in Cyr at all or were the same.
character mechanics and skills are so confusing (like u have to test a skill for a bloody hour to get an understanding of it`s essence and weather it is worth using) that when u reach vet rank and 8+ pvp rank and realize u could`ve picked other class\race wich suite ur gamestyle better u r like an ex-adventurer with arrows in both knees. and eyes. and axe in the spine. and no arms. and why the frack did i pick a redguard templar (wanted to be a melee intruder\support for my raid).

Yes, quite new. Looked through all the Racials.
Balance Issues between some Races is too high to just pick and choose what you like.
Quite sad for a Game like Elder Scrolls.
    Balance the Racials!

I think some balancing should be done with 1.6 and they kind of eluded to that. I also think with them changing soft caps and all that, it makes original race decisions a bit sloppy in that it no longer will fit the current meta so a 1 time race change should be made.

I mean personally; I went breton because I knew how powerful magicka was and light armor. I found it boring though; so as of late I have gone with heavy armor and the class actually kind of offsets it nicely since it has spell resistance to cover for some of HAs downfall. Depending on the changes; I may or may not want to change that up. I can build around it, but that kind of traps me into again finding an ideal set up to fit my race rather than a character that I can feel connected to.
