Well that sure was a lot of editing... This thread is starting to remind me of the good old Battle.net chat. Glad to see the somethings never change.

On the other hand:

1 - how is OP absence from the game going to improve or degrade the current community?

2 - Just because its going B2P doesn't mean the game is going to die.

3 - Doesn't your post prove that the community is currently slightly below average with your presence?

4 - What's to stop you from playing after the B2P transition? One would like to think you had made some friends, maybe joined a guild, maybe interacted with some body somewhere in this game.

5 - Unless you are a sociopath which your post currently suggests as there is a slight hint of "what's in it for me?" mentality along with projecting your fears as the fault of others rather than your own insecurity of being able to find enjoyment in any given environment.

1 - it wont, it going b2p (f2p) will lower the standards of the community as proven in all f2p games. If you dont have to pay to get on then ass holes will filter in and out.

2 - f2p with cash shop = sooner or later p2w

3 - Yea the community is not great and will get worse, like i said...

4 - I will keep playing, ill be sub and I will buy what ever I want from the shop as I am lucky enough to be able to afford it. However when p2w comes I will be gone.

The thing that bothers me about f2p games in general, is that the sense of accomplishment in the game dies. If all the best stuff comes about from paying directly for it... it just kills the vibe. To be honest though, I'd rather gear were completely minor in mmo's, but I realize I'm a very small minority in that regard.

But according to your signature - The game is ran by liars and fools. They have punished dedicated players since update 5 and now they ruin the game by adding a shop that will undoubtedly in time be a cash sink / pay to win.

and with #4 listed above, why would you reward ZOS' practices towards us paying players if you felt so negatively about it?

I like the elder scrolls. I don't like how they are ruining the game because it is ran by ZoS and not Bethesda. I also clearly stated that I would leave as soon as it becomes p2w (which going by history they always do eventually).

Zenimax is a company, and profits affect their bottom line. These guys would be willing to maintain TESO if they were able to break even because they value their brand. The evidence is when they decided to go b2p just for the console release.

You want to send them a strong message? Prove your point? Then unsub, play their game, abuse their resources, and dont spend a dime. The alternative is to just quit. One less person to play with decreases the interactive community and no community = no mmo. Like minds attract each other, and thats how Battle.net/wow became the toxic waste this is leaning torwards.

So you can either be nice and pay it forward or be toxic and help truly destroy the game brand you claim to love.

I do apologize for the frustrating questions, as I do not possess the ability to read minds or understand intentions behind incoherent walls of of conflicting text.

This Community has always been like this. You two bickering bitterly over a difference of opinions is nothing new for the forums, this has been going on between members in the game and forums since they launched.

Neither of you are really contributing anything conducive by arguing, either.. it is just pointless noise and both of you trying to trump one another, why not just stop? If you disagree, disagree and leave it at that. There is no reason to go to such lengths to try and 'prove' the other person wrong if you genuinely believe what you genuinely believe.

Making an argument is one thing, but you are both being overly aggressive which is incredibly common in MMOs and seem to have let your pride and egotism carry you off. Just take a breather and go to the corner if you need, actually think about how pointless the arguments in these games are.

In the end, Zenimax is going to do what Zenimax will do. They have made that abundantly clear through their actions and it is very obvious that no matter how much feedback the customers give or how loud it is, it will make no difference. None of us can influence their decisions in relation to the game, that is just the sad reality that seems to be facing all of us equally.

What you read may have seemed bitter and aggressive to you, however it is true, genuine,and neutral. You were reading too much into what was implied as a back and forth personal attack, however I didn't read it that way. Sometimes the best way to help someone is to reinforce what they are afraid of, and re-emphasize the choices available.

It was apparent Mopa wanted to make their opinion known, to make a decision that would express how they are feeling, however the decision they came to on their own wouldn't deliver the message clearly. I'm perfectly fine with any choice anyone makes, as long as they are concise and fully aware of what may come of it and understand the responsibilities.
